Shipping Information

We run the label first and then make your set(s), so please be patient if you've gotten an automatic shipment notification. The average turnaround time is between 5 and 10 days depending on order size or complexity as well as if there any any failures that need remade - everything here is made by hand and made to order, and that process takes time. The back of your label is used as an order form on our end to minimize any errors on our part with the creation, customization, and packaging of your order. In the event of a refund request, shipping cost will not be refunded if canceling an order after the label has been made, as the label is purchased during the printing process.

Please be aware that shipping prices are automatically calculated based on distance. On average, a customer in the USA will pay between $6 to $8 for shipping. International customers pay more which also varies somewhat, such as shipping to France being around €20, or the United Kingdom around £19.

In the event that we have to send multiple packages, such as in the case of a postal issue or an error with your order, we pay for it ourselves. You do not need to pay again, we'll eat the cost to try to make it right.
